ContextGeorgia Democrats voted yesterday, and in the one-party South the primary decides the seat. Senator Walter F. George, who backs American adherence to the World Court at The Hague, was returned by a sweeping margin over Chief Justice Richard B. Russell of the state Supreme Court, with the dry crusader W. D. Upshaw also beaten.
